OUR CONSIGNMENT TERMS AND CONDITIONS
Consignment Seasonal start dates:
February 1 - SPRING * April 1 - SUMMER * August 1 - FALL * October 1 - WINTER

1. Yearly consignment fee of $5.00. (Used for administrative, management and
Computer Inventory Storage cost).
2. The consignor receives 50% on Coats, Formals and Leather wear, 40% on all other
items. This amount will be reflected on the final selling price of each item.
3. We only accept SEASONAL CLOTHING, casual through after 5 wear, Womens'
Sizes 2 through Plus Sizes. We also accept accessories items (shoes MUST BE
NEW or NEAR NEW), and selected home decor & collectable items. (please
discuss with us what you have before bringing into the store).
4. THE FOLLOWING MUST APPLY. PLEASE CHECK YOUR ITEMS
CAREFULLY BEFORE BRING THEM IN!
5. ALL Clothing must be FRESHLY LAUNDERED or DRY CLEANED,
PRESSED, and ON HANGERS (not returnable,. If you need hangers, stop by
and we can supply them most of the time), READY FOR SALE. NO
POLYESTER, PLEASE IT DOES NOT SELL!
6. CLOTHING FOUND TO BE DIRTY FROM WEAR WILL BE
DISPOSED OF. NO EXCUSES or APOLOGIES WILL BE GIVEN. DO
NOT PRESENT US WITH DIRTY CLOTHING!
7. Sweaters, knits and jeans can be neatly folded and packed in boxes. OVERLY
WRINKLED ITEMS WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED. A 50� per item steaming
charge will be charged for any wrinkled item accept.
8. We will not accept clothing that is: OUTDATED, STAINED, FADED, PILLED,
RIPPED, LOOSE SEAMS/HEMS, or has ANY CIGARETTE OR
STORAGE ORDERS (NO MOTH BALLS PLEASE!)
9. Clothing can be NO OLDER than 4 years old, and MUST BE in "LIKE NEW
CONDITION", (This is what our reputation has been built on and why our
customers come here to shop).
10. At our first inspection, items NOT MEETING THE ABOVE CRITERIA,
WILL IMMEDIATELY BE RETURNED TO YOU! Items later found not
meeting the above outlined criteria, Will be held ONLY 72 HOURS for return. If
not picked up with 48 hours, they will be packed and given to a charitable
organization. A blank donation slip will be GIVEN TO YOU on your behalf and
attached to your inventory sheet of accepted items. SO CHECK YOUR ITEMS
CAREFULLY!
11. Clothing can ONLY be "DROPPED OFF", Monday through Friday, between
10:30 a.m. and 6:30 p.m.. Due to space restrictions, we may have temporary halts,

12. YOUR SEASONAL Clothing is priced by the store and kept on our floor 60 days.
However, coats, leather wear, after 5 wear, and accessories are kept up to 4
months depending on entry of season. ALL EXPIRATION DATES ARE
NOTED ON YOUR PERSONAL INVENTORY SHEET. PLEASE KEEP
FOR YOUR RECORD! WE DO NOT CALL OR SEND OUT
REMINDERS. If you want any item(S) back, please call at least 48 hours prior to
your inventory sheet expiration date. There will be a 25� per item pull charge for
every item removed from inventory. PLEASE NOTE, NO PICKUPS ON THE
15th or 16th OF ANY MONTH OR SATURDAYS. If no notice is given,
item(s) over expiration date, will become the property of the store to dispose of OR
SELL at our discretion.
13. Consigned items pulled before the end of the consignment term will be charged $1
per item or a minimum of $10.
14. he store reserves the right to reduce ALL items for Special Sales and or discount
items due to store over crowding. How ever, any item(s) will not be reduced more
than 50% of the original inventory starting price during the term of your consignment.
We try our best, to obtain the highest possible commission for our consignors, while
offering our customers considerable value for their shopping dollar.
15. We use every means to protect and care for your items, however, we are not
responsible for any item(s) LOST, STOLEN, or DAMAGED. ALL ITEMS
ARE LEFT AT YOUR OWN RISK! Any item you feel must be protected or
insured must be carried by and is the sole responsibility of YOU to provide it.
16. Consignors commission checks are processed and ready for your pickup on the
15th of every month. Any commission check not picked up within 6 months of issue
date will be forfeited by the consignor, So please keep track.
